CI+ Fransat Module

Solved

Hello,

I have a Gelhard GTV 1934 TV equipped to receive a CI+ module, with an HD satellite tuner and TNT.
During the first use of the Fransat module, I had 14 channels instead of 25.
I searched through the various menus, but to no avail. After removing the module and putting it back, I had 17 channels but not the same ones, and these work even without the module. So my module is no longer active.
In the menus, I can read the information from the card and the CI+ interface.
I contacted Fransat, and they replied that my TV is not compatible because it is not on their list.
Even though it has everything needed to be compatible.
Does anyone have a solution?

Everything has been said or nearly so on the subject of DVB-S2 televisions, CI+, Cam Fransat 1.3, as well as labeled models and the topic:

Try to start with the following solution, but without the Cam module inserted: Manually enter all the modulation parameters of the transponders from the Eutelsat 5WA satellite until all channels, more than 30, are stored......

Thank you for all the information; it helped me a lot.
I wasn't able to get more than 12 channels, but they are the most interesting ones.
      Best regards.
