Hello,
Here's my issue.. it's been 2 days since my Photoshop (CS6 version) won’t open.. it doesn’t launch and it seems like it’s running in the background.. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, restored my computer (it's a Surface 3 running Windows 8, I was on Windows 10 before the restoration and it went back to 8 but nothing has worked) I don’t understand, everything was working perfectly until 2 days ago when it refused to open my files saved by Photoshop itself saying they weren’t Photoshop files.. then it refused to open at all... I don’t know what to do, I work with it and please, I need help! Thank you for your answers.
