PHOTOSHOP - Magic Wand Tool Missing

Hello, I have been using PhotoShop CS4 for a while now. I have a small issue:

I can't find the Magic Wand tool in the tools, do you need to have Photoshop CS4 Extended?

    It's good, I found it:

    At the bottom right of the icon that looks like the Magic Wand (the Quick Selection Tool), you click and hold, and you will see 2 choices: the Magic Wand and the Quick Selection.
