Hello,
I have the EBP Gestion Commercial classic 2014 software, and when I try to set a price for a new customer, it says "Multiple price lines have the same threshold." Can someone help me because when I call EBP, the response is "You are not subscribed to ..... for a cost of 300 E/year," which is unacceptable.

Just for your information, EBP is a professional software and it is not free. There may be a demo or limited version, but in that case, there is no support available. Support is provided by human beings who work, and work needs to be paid for.
However, there are similar free and open-source software options. Check out Framasoft for example.
