Connection refused to certain sites

Hello,
I used to log in to TF1 via Facebook, and since yesterday I've been getting this message:
Blocked URL: The redirect failed because the redirected URI is not approved in the application's OAuth Client settings. Make sure the Client and Web OAuth identification are enabled and add the domains of all your applications to the list of authorized URIs.
I don't know what this means, or what I need to do.
Can someone help me? I'm on Windows 8.
