Packard Bell won't turn on anymore.

Hello,

I'm experiencing a problem; my Packard Bell laptop won't turn on.
It seems charged but refuses to power up.
There is a blue LED light on the front indicating power
On the left side, I can feel some air as if something is spinning.

EasyNote Processor N2820
15.6 HD LED LCD
4GB DDR3
320 GB HDD

What can I do?

    Hello
    Start by removing the battery and leave it like that for a good quarter of an hour, then put the battery back and restart it. By the way, have you ever had issues like disk errors, flashing screen, etc...?
