Skyrim weapon draw sheath bug help please?

Hello, I have a problem in Skyrim
When I want to put my weapon on the left, when I draw the blade I see it directly in my hand and I don't see the sheath. I have disabled all the mods, I even uninstalled the game, but nothing has worked; the same problem persists. Could you please help me?
