Hello,
I've encountered several bugs in Skyrim:
Lydia has disappeared and when I teleport to her using commands, I arrive in the Jarl's house in Whiterun and the floor and wall are invisible.
After taking control of Whiterun with the Stormcloaks, there is no Jarl, so it's impossible to buy a house in Whiterun.
The College of Winterhold does not show up on the map anymore.
There's a bug with the Eye of Magnus quest: after killing Ancano and needing to talk to the old mage, the next part of the quest does not trigger.
I have listed all the bugs I had in Skyrim and I need help to fix them, thank you.

After the assault on Blancherive with the Sombrages, the Jarl is Vignar Grey-Mane, but he stays in his house (Grey-Mane Clan house)
when you teleport to your companion (Lydia) but she is dead, the game bugs and you find yourself in the Jarl's house (which is also bugged), so your Lydia is probably dead.
