EBP reinstallation issue

Hello,

I changed computers and after installing EBP on the new PC with data transfer via a ZIP file, every time I open EBP, I have no documents. I need to restore the ZIP files on an external hard drive even if I perform the backup offered before exiting the software.
Can you help me?

    You should perform a backup (including the configuration files) and a restoration on the new computer.

    Of course, you also need to transfer the license beforehand.
