Here's my translation of your text into English:
"Here's a problem I have with my TV: the screen stays black. Power is on and the red light blinks as if it's turning on, but nothing happens. I’m thinking it could be the capacitor—what should I do?"

Maybe, but in any case I don’t think it’s repairable by oneself.
Do you still have the warranty?
How many years is the equipment?
TV manufacturers often place capacitors next to the heat sinks (which are sensitive to heat), which allows a kind of planned obsolescence.
If you see a capacitor with the little open triangle, that’s it. -
Well I just took it to the repair shop, the backlighting is broken, parts to order from abroad since there aren’t any in France. Total repair €120.

Warranty 6 months expired, I just dismantled it to take photos

If there is no more warranty, it means you’ll have to manage on your own.
So from what I can tell, for me the brown card should be the transformer and the green card the motherboard.
The white tape is the screen connection.
Try using a voltmeter to check each capacitor even if they don’t look in bad shape and check the backlight.
After that, you should see if there is a repair technician near you. -
