Zoom locked on cyber-shot DSC-H300

Hello,
I’m just trying, by chance, to find a solution to my problem by coming here... I have a Sony Cyber-shot H300 photo app, and out of the blue, the device never dropped... the zoom got stuck... however when I turn on the device, it lights up and I notice that the zoom seems to have slipped to the inner side of the lens... that is to say I see a black arc on the left side... And the device doesn’t work... it shows me: turn off and on again....
do you know this problem.... Thank you so much for replying.

Damn, I had a case this morning!! It worked fine until last night... I had a message "power on and power off." I thought about the battery; I removed it, reinserted it, I charged the device.............. I laid the device flat and tapped on the closed lens. And when I turned it back on, it opened! I redid the operation; and it's okay now, no more problems.
