if you have a smartphone, you have quite a few diet apps.
Designed for weight loss, they all provide the breakdown of Calories, Fats, and Carbohydrates, and most often have a weekly menu management system. Menu by menu, you can see the total.
With the advantage of having it always at hand. Restaurant, vacation, shopping. Additionally, some scan barcodes, so no need to turn packages around to find what’s written in tiny print :-)
You should take a look and test a few to see if one suits you.

Joseph T., thank you for the internet link, this site is quite comprehensive and has helped me a lot, thanks.

Unfortunately, Raymond, the treating physician and the pediatricians do not work with this kind of file, they rely entirely on the hospital nutritionist who uses his books and calculator to create his menus on a daily basis, so nothing to be done except marry a nutritionist. Lol.

PHILOU10120 Thank you for your table, it is very rich in foods and complete for the information when composing a menu. I will merge it with the one I started making this Sunday with our friend via55.

As not everyone is as proficient in Excel as you are, I think many people must be in the same situation, I will try to create a table with a Userform to compose menus based on carbohydrate needs as these needs are different for each person and at each meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner).
