Generic error opening documents

I have provided this file for "example"... if you can open it, that means ADOBE READER is already installed on your PC... if you cannot open the file, then you need to INSTALL the software I had you download.

open your email... go to the attachment... right-click on it and then "save as"... choose the desktop... once done, go to the desktop... there you should see your attachment... double-click on it, let me know what happens
