Bloqué au démarrage sur WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER

Bonjour,

Quand je démarre mon pc tournant sous windows vista, je reste bloqué au démarrage sur WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER. Impossible de le quitter et de démarrer correctement l'ordinateur.

Voici ce qui s'affiche :
