Secure tablet mode for all applications

My Lenovo tablet has gone into safe mode for all downloaded applications.
How can I fix this?

    Hello,
    After uninstalling several useless apps, I thought that TURNING OFF the tablet and restarting it was worth a fix....
    And it worked right away
