My 9-year-old daughter set a code for the installation of kids mode on my Galaxy tablet and she doesn't remember it, and I can no longer use the tablet.

It is stuck in kids mode. I kindly ask for your help.

    There is necessarily a procedure in place for unblocking this type of code (provided, of course, that you know the originally chosen password...) ...

    It would be against the site's charter to suggest any workaround, which could then be used by all children wishing to do so....
