Hello,

I'm having a Wi-Fi connection problem with my Freebox F-ADSL05C 0-SR. The wired connection to the internet works, but the Wi-Fi connection does not. My smartphone and tablet connect to the Freebox but are unable to load any web pages. I contacted Free, but they are sending a technician in two weeks and it's impossible to reach them again.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

    I just called them at 3244 and I got through in 5 minutes, so it is possible, you can also contact them via FaceToFree.
