Hello,
I ordered a second Freebox player with the Free multi TV option (I have a Freebox Pop plan) but I can’t connect it to Wi-Fi; it doesn’t recognize the network. Can you help me?
Thank you

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.1.1

    Hello
Have you tried using a cable? The Wi-Fi might be faulty.
Have you attempted to reset the Player?
Unplug your POP Player (from the wall socket and at the back of the unit)
    Leave the HDMI connected.
    Wait a moment...
Press and hold the RESET button and plug the POP Player back in
A message will appear on your TV asking you to press the RESET button again to access the recovery environment
    .

    See you later

If the response helped you: a little thank you is nice. If it’s resolved: the green button at the top is better ;-)

Let the one who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse.

After many online search attempts, it was this post that solved my problem. The pop player could see my Wi-Fi network but wouldn't connect to it. Thank you, Macintosh!

I had exactly the same problem and this approach resolved it, exactly 2 years later. Thank you.
