Hello,
I ordered a second Freebox player with the Free multi TV option (I have a Freebox Pop plan) but I can’t connect it to Wi-Fi; it doesn’t recognize the network. Can you help me?

Have you tried using a cable? The Wi-Fi might be faulty.
Have you attempted to reset the Player?Unplug your POP Player (from the wall socket and at the back of the unit)
Leave the HDMI connected.
Wait a moment...
Press and hold the RESET button and plug the POP Player back in
A message will appear on your TV asking you to press the RESET button again to access the recovery environment.
