Package not found Aliexpress

Hello
I am new to the forum so I'm sorry if I placed my question incorrectly.

So, I ordered a screen protector with Aliexpress Premium Shipping which promised delivery in 7-15 days to Switzerland, but it’s been 3 days and there’s no sign of the package, even though it should be here on Thursday or next Thursday. I tried a lot of tracking websites but they all give the same responses except for 17track which cannot find the carrier. (The best site is http://global.cainiao.com/) So for a service costing 18 euros, I hope the package will arrive on time.

    But the status indicates that

    A DHL customs agent needs to contact the sender for more information regarding the price. What happens? Will I have to pay a fine or customs fees?

      The problem is that the DHL agent responsible for the taxation (by delegation...) does not seem to have the invoice. He is therefore supposed to request it from the seller in order to do his little calculations.

      There will be no fine, but definitely 'customs fees' (VAT, forwarding fees...).

      Choosing DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. exposes you 100% to the payment of fees. Using 'basic' carriers greatly reduces the likelihood of having to pay something upon delivery.

      DHL is a big bunch of idiots, I've had it all. They're not smart enough to check if there's an invoice when they transit the package. As a result, you're going to wait several more days before anything happens.
      I can only advise you to do their job for them:
      1. Contact the seller to get an invoice (via email)
      2. Contact DHL customer service to find out who you need to send the invoice to.
