This is the first time I'm asking for help on this forum and I don't know if I'm going to get a response...
Anyway, I'll explain the problem. I bought a muse M-312 BT speaker at the mall 3 days ago. Once I got home, I plugged it into the PC for a while and then into the wall outlet for a long time. I unplugged it, turned it on, and connected it via Bluetooth to my phone. The music started playing and, against all odds, the speaker says "battery low". How can the battery be low when I left it charging for a good while????!!! I tried with the supplied cable, with other cables, other adapters to plug it into the wall, I plugged it into the PC for two hours and still the same message: "battery low"
There's definitely a problem with the battery or maybe I still haven't figured out how to charge it properly (5V 500 mA)
Help me please
Thank you in advance for your responses

Good evening
I'm quoting the notice: The indicator will display a continuous red light while charging, and will turn off when charging is complete.
Is this your case?

The most sensible thing to do is to take the speaker back to the seller to have it repaired under warranty / exchanged.
This is a LIPO battery (lithium/polymer), which is the best in terms of power but can present charging issues.
In fact, each cell of the battery has a separate charge controller because this type of cell is extremely dangerous if the recommended charging limit is exceeded, so don't take any risks > return your speaker.
Have a good evening

Actually, I can't really help you; I'm just offering you a backup solution: If you've kept the receipt, go to your shopping center and say that your battery doesn't work and that you're asking either for another speaker or for a refund.
