Windows "Your settings have changed" on startup

Hello, I use a laptop with Windows 10. When I turn on the machine, at the moment my desktop appears, it shows: "Your settings have changed. To apply these changes, you need to restart your computer." It does this every time I start up. Moreover, all my icons are moved and aligned to the left. How can I prevent this?
Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 51.0

    Hello,

It's certainly a graphics driver issue. With two drivers for a single graphics card. Therefore, the system doesn't know what to choose and considers it as modifications, since it tries the drivers one after the other, and regards every startup as a modification.

Could you please provide a report using Speccy, so we can known the hardware configuration of your computer?

Just to check those infamous drivers...

Follow this tutorial to do that: https://forums.cnetfrance.fr/tutoriels-materiel-et-hardware/295949-speccy-faire-connaitre-sa-configuration-pc-sur-un-forum

    Thank you

In my folders, my files (images, videos, etc...) appear as icons instead of thumbnail previews. Could this be due to a graphics card issue (when I double-click on them, everything displays normally)?
      Thank you in advance.

No, no, it's not a problem. You can resize the logo images by holding CTRL and using the mouse wheel to zoom in or out and change the appearance of the files.

Regarding the graphic issue, that's exactly what I thought; there are two identical drivers:

1024 MoATI AMD Radeon R6 Graphics (Lenovo):
      47 °C

      2048 MoATI AMD Radeon R6 M255DX (Lenovo)

To fix this, go to Device Manager (right-click on the Windows logo).

Click on the "Display adapters" tab to expand the content. Then take a screenshot of that. (press WINDOWS + Print Screen, see in the Captures folder in the Images folder)

Upload it via the host https://www.cjoint.com/

      Have a good evening.

Hello, I can take a screenshot with the "PrtSc" key, but I don't know the command: "Imprécr", which key is it?
      Thank you!

Hi, I was too quick to celebrate, the problem has returned this morning after restarting the PC and both drivers have been reinstalled properly. Strange, yesterday when I restarted the PC 4/5 times, the system seemed stable.
    Thank you

      capricious this PC :)
      Have you tried the refresh?

      https://lecrabeinfo.net/reparer-windows-10-sans-perdre-ses-donnees.html

follow method 1: with Windows 10 repair tool
case n°2: you have access to Windows 10

      choose keep my files.

This will delete the applications you installed, but it keeps your personal files (I still recommend backing them up) and resets the system settings to default.

It could fix the driver issue.

Hello, sorry for being so late, I'm not well. I followed the tutorial, but unfortunately the computer reset itself, I lost all my settings but the problem is still there. It's quite strange.
    See you soon

Indeed, it's a reset, but with data preservation.
Have you tried the manipulation I advised you (refresh)?

      Otherwise, try a complete reinstallation...

Otherwise, I have no other ideas in mind.

      Hello,

in the BIOS you should have something like "enable onboard video", have you tried disabling this option?

      best regards

Hello, no, I don't know enough to go alone. I will go. Do you know which tab the option is in? Thank you very much.
