Convert a wlmp file to mp4 on Windows 10

Hello,
I am on Windows 10 and I would like to convert a WLMP file (created in 2015 on Windows Live Movie Maker) to MP4 so that I can play it with "Films and TV" or "VLC".
Please find a solution as soon as possible.
