Convert Windows Live Movie Maker file to Mp4 format

Hello,

When I edit a video with Windows Live Movie Maker, it saves in the "Windows Live Movie Maker" format. I would like to know if it is possible to convert it to mp4 format. Thank you for your response!

    You need to upgrade to version 2012, I believe, and here are the output options I have at home:
