Hello,
I have a little problem that is very annoying!
The brightness key seems to be stuck, the icon is displayed and the brightness level goes down to the minimum. The logo stays frozen on the screen, disappears when I increase the brightness, and so on... I also notice a problem with the "a" key that I can't capitalize using the shift key. I have to lock the caps to make an "A."
Is the keyboard dying or is it something more serious?
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 55.0.2883.95

Hi, um I think the keyboard is starting to give out. Did you buy your Mac at the Apple Store? If so, it's under a 2-year warranty; if not, it's 1 year.
Anyway, consider replacing it because the problem with the A key, for example, is linked to the keyboard's circuit board that converts hexadecimal data into alphanumeric characters.
There you go
