Backup issue in Fallout 4 on Windows 10

Hello everyone,
I bought Fallout 4 a while ago on Steam.
My setup:
-Asus Core i5
-8GB RAM
-NVIDIA GEFORCE 940M
My problems:
1) The game only launches in windowed mode!
2) When I create a save, the game tells me it has been saved, but when I look in "Documents" "MyGames" "Fallout4", I am supposed to have the "saves" folder as indicated by the forums, the Bethesda site, and Steam, but I have no "Saves" folder, which prevents me from creating any saves in the game, you can understand my frustration!
Awaiting a savior, I would be grateful!!

In case your issue is not resolved, here are some details that might help you.
1) Fallout 4 may not launch in fullscreen because your graphics card is not powerful enough.
Just a reminder, minimum requirements are:
•Operating System: Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit operating system required)
•Processor: Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent
•Memory: 8 GB of RAM
•Free Disk Space: 30 GB
•Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2 GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2 GB or equivalent
2) Check in your antivirus if Ransomware protection is enabled, you need to allow the two .exe files for Fallout 4 (fallout4.exe and fallout4launcher.exe) which you will find in your installation folder steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4.
Personally, I have Bitdefender and on Windows 7, I didn't need to do this step but on my friend's PC which is running Windows 10, it was a requirement or else no saves possible.
Also, click on Play in Steam to launch your game and not on the icon on the desktop; there is a risk that it may not launch or may crash.

Yes, I have already tried launching the game as an administrator, and I also tested running it in Windows 8... and nothing works....!
