Activating Windows Impossible

Good evening everyone, I bought a PC in late 2015 from a private seller on Le Bon Coin, it was one of the 10 or 15 office PCs from a company that went under.

For several months now, I’ve had a message in the bottom right corner of the screen telling me "Activate Windows".

When I go to the settings, I click on activate windows at the bottom and this message appears:

"Since we cannot connect to your organization's activation server, we cannot activate Windows on this device. Please check that you are connected to your organization's network and try again.
If your activation problems persist, contact the person responsible for technical support within your organization. Error code: 0x8007007B."

When I try to "troubleshoot" at the bottom, a window opens with this message:

"We cannot activate your copy of Windows. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and try again. If you are connected to the Internet and the problem persists, contact your system administrator for more information."

So I’m completely stuck at this stage, I thought maybe I needed to log in as an administrator but I don’t know how to do it -_-'

Hoping that someone can help me :/

Thank you for your response, Paladin, but in the end, I insisted a bit and it seems to be resolved! I clicked on the "change product key" tab, I typed in the key that was on the PC's packaging, and it's good; it did the update -_-'..

We'll see what happens next because it seems almost too easy ^^, but for now, I no longer have the "Activate Windows" message at the bottom right.
