Read a USB stick on LG TV

Hello,
I am asking the question again
I have a USB port behind my TV and nothing happens when I insert it. While looking through the menu, there is no USB option in the connections bar. How can I read this USB drive?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

Your TV has a USB port at the back only for maintenance, see here:
Connectors (at the back):
USB 2.0 (technical service) Yes

However, a bad mark for LG unable at the time to install a multimedia USB port.
