Numbers on the virtual keyboard are ubiquitous

Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 and when I click on "messages" or on the internet, a virtual keyboard appears with numbers automatically on the first line. I wanted to know if there is a way to remove them.

    Hello, it is normally possible to disable this option.

    Go to settings, then select language and input.
    In the section keyboard and input preferences, select Samsung Keyboard
    then go to the section Customization and uncheck or gray out the Number keys switch
