TNT decoder stuck on boot

Hello,

I have the same issue, my Takara SL99 decoder is stuck on boot and I have no image or anything, what should I do?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 10.0

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power plug, wait a quarter of an hour, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory settings) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
