Problem with TNB Bluetooth headset

Hello, for 2 or 3 years I have had a TNB Bluetooth headset, I have never had any problems before with it, I was able to connect it to my Galaxy S5, my mother's phone, and my tablet.
Then, I just noticed today that it does not want to connect to my tablet.
I turn on Bluetooth, the headset is detected, it says "tnb", I press it and then a message appears: "unable to communicate with tnb"



Is there anyone who has had the same problem as me and fixed it?
Or can someone please help me?

PS: My tablet is a Samsung Tab 4.

    I just connected the headset to a phone and it works, the problem must be with the tablet but I don't understand why..
