GTA IV Save Game Location

Hello,
I just reinstalled GTA IV with the CDs on my computer and I wanted to restore my old save, but I can't find the folder. I checked some websites and they say it's either C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames or C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\XLive, but in both cases, the folders are missing. I should mention that the game is not on the C:\ drive but on another one.
So I wanted to know where the save file is located.

Windows 2000/XP save folder: Documents and Settings/Windows User/Local Settings/Application Data/Rockstar Games/GTA IV
Windows Vista/7/8 save folder: Windows User Folder/AppData/Local/Rockstar Games/GTA IV
Saves may be linked to your Games for Windows - LIVE account. If you move your saves or reinstall your computer, it is strongly recommended to back up your Games for Windows - LIVE saves.
Application folder: Program Files Games/Microsoft for Windows - LIVE/Client
Windows ® 2000/XP folder: Documents and Settings/Windows User/Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/xlive
Windows Vista/7/8 save folder: Windows User Folder/AppData/local/Microsoft/xlive
