Hello everyone,
To import photos with my scanner, I used PAINT from Windows. Since I formatted my hard drive, when I click on "file" in PAINT, "from a scanner or camera" appears grayed out and I no longer have access to the scanner. Can you help me resolve this issue?

Hello,
My problem is solved; after reinstalling the driver for my scanner, I just needed to restart my PC, which I did, and now it's working very well.
