Hello, I dropped my Toshiba Satellite laptop. It was on when it fell and turned off by itself. It turns on very well (lights on, startup sounds, etc.) but the screen does not respond.
Sometimes it is completely black and occasionally dark green and blue lines appear by the dozens.
I don't know what to do, is my laptop dead?
I don't know much about it.
