Parcel issue

Good evening,
I have ordered many items and the tracking says in all the packages, "Item arrived at OE in the destination country." What does that mean? Knowing that my package is indeed in France and that this message has been displaying for a week now without any change. Thank you!!

Hello,

The package has arrived in France, in anticipation of being "delivered" ;-)

However, if customs has intercepted the package or the "batch" of packages for inspection, the duration may be extended.... and given the holiday season, it's a time when customs checks more than usual, as they know they will make many more seizures.

So, patience... unless the package contained counterfeit products... and in that case, there may even be a chance that the goods have been seized and destroyed or will be soon...

Oh great, thank you so much because I really wanted to know what this "OE" meant and I hadn't found anything!
And no, luckily what I ordered is not counterfeit haha thanks again!

Hi,

The search couldn't have been very intensive in that case... it took me 2 seconds to find out what the message "says" with a simple Google search and the first link that came up...

Easy as pie, here’s how to do it for you: http://www.laissemoichercherca.com/?q=Item%20arrived%20at%20OE%20in%20the%20destination%20country ;-)

Indeed, I have already read what this site said before; however, it did not actually locate the package in their description. They say it has arrived in France but do not specify whether it is at the Post Office, at the airport, or at customs.

Thank you for these very useful links Judge_DT! It's really nice, especially since I'm not a pro at research! I’m just starting out and I get lost very quickly! Happy holidays to everyone and thank you for the help!
