Hello, I have a Grandin television, purchased in December 2013, model: LD32C17. A message saying "RESET IN PROGRESS" is scrolling endlessly. I would like to know if there is a trick to reset my television. The seller is asking me for €58 just to return it and cannot tell me how much it will cost in total.

    Good evening and welcome,

    Try unplugging the power plug, wait fifteen minutes, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, perform a reset (factory settings) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      Thank you Andy31200, but it doesn't work, I can no longer use the remote control, this reset message is blocking everything. Thanks again for your help.
