Hello everyone, issue with a GRANDIN television.
I have a GRANDIN brand LED television model: LD32C17
When I turn it on, it displays INITIALIZING for 30 seconds, then it turns off for 10 seconds and repeats the INITIALIZING for another 30 seconds, turning off again, and this continues indefinitely as long as it is powered on, even for hours. Can you tell me where I should direct my research? So far, I haven't found anything, no faulty components. Thank you for pointing out some aspects that I may have overlooked. Thank you in advance. Best regards, XARUS1

Hello and welcome,
Try unplugging the power supply, wait a quarter of an hour and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a reset (factory settings restore) but you will have to redo the entire installation.

Thank you Andy31200, that’s already done regarding unplugging the power. As for the menu, we can't get into it; we would need to know the trick to reset it from the electronic board, I think, because I don't see any other way to return to factory settings. But thank you anyway for responding, best regards XARUS1.
