MacBook Pro Keyboard Key Mapping @ + = !

Hello everyone,

I just got my first MacBook Pro 13' (2016).

I have a problem with the keyboard: the symbols written on the keys do not match.
For example, to get the at sign, it is not by pressing the @ key at the top left that I get it.
To do this, I have to find a trick, which is to press Alt and the 0 key. Yet there is no at sign drawn on it.

Why don't the keys match?

The same goes for the + sign; I have to press a key with 2 dashes (one small, one large) to get it.
Yet the + is drawn on a key much lower down but it shows something else (this = §).

Is this normal? The keys such as ! §+ @ do not match.

I have set my keyboard to "French Numeric".

Thanks community.

Configuration: Configuration: Mac OS X (10.12.1) / Safari 10.0.1

Hello

The keyboard selection takes place in the "Apple -> System Preferences -> Keyboard" menu.
Choose the one that really matches your keyboard.

Three keyboards are actually offered (French, French PC, French Numeric), after trying all three, only 'French PC' works with the Mac keyboard.
Problem solved. Thank you!
