Hello,

About ten days ago, I bought two tickets on Evenim.de for a concert on May 26, 2017, in Munich. I was charged, but what bothers me a bit is that I will receive them 7-10 days before the event. Is this normal?
I came across Evenim.de when I went to the band's website that I want to see and clicked to buy tickets.
Let me know if you've ever found yourself in the same situation.

      Recurring issue: The stress related to buying tickets on these shady sites..

      Never buy on these sites like Viagogo and the likes! Problems are common there.. Moreover, no reasonable recourse will be possible in case of a dispute..

      Ah got it.

      Personally, I've always gotten my tickets 10 days before a concert. And I’ve always gotten my tickets, whether for concerts or other events, when I've gone through Viagogo.

      The disappointed viagogo users are going to capture you and put you under a bell jar like an "exotic animal" since such satisfaction seems to be rarely shared.....

      This, I believe, also applies to other ticket-selling sites....

      After all, maybe one of the problems lies in the fact that these sites are the ones "recommended" by the event organizers (?)

    Hi! I'm writing to you because I'm offering tickets to the "Rock am Ring" festival at Nürburgring, Germany (June 2020).

    I purchased the tickets on the official festival website and received a confirmation email from Eventim.de regarding payment. Okay

    I'm struggling to find out how to obtain the tickets. Is there nothing to download? I would like to know if you have finally received your tickets? Or if anyone else is in my situation but has received a response...?

    On another note, I sent an email in English to the French customer service, and they told me to contact the service of the relevant country, but I'm still waiting for a response from the German customer service...
