Hello.
I have a good quality Lenovo laptop running Windows 10 that is a year and a half old, but for the past few days, a horizontal white strip about 10 cm wide appears after a while (from 5 minutes to 30 minutes).
The laptop hasn't experienced any particular shock.
Is it repairable without changing the screen?

Yes, it's the same...
So, the problem is either with the screen (the panel) or with the ribbon cable that connects it to the motherboard... unless you know, it's better to go through a pro who can see and test... in my opinion.
