Hello,

I wanted to access my old emails (i.e., since the creation of my mailbox in 2010), but it's impossible; Yahoo only shows emails from 2013 to now. Is there a way to access these emails? Are they lost?? How do I contact Yahoo customer service without going around in circles for hours on help pages and without being able to find a simple form to reach them?

Thank you

    I think it's a bug..

Go through the advanced search, and do a search by date, you should see them.

too bad! I saw that many people were plagiarizing each other for the same reason.

Yahoo is outdated today and I'm not a Yahoo expert..

PS: personally, for important email accounts, I regularly import the content into Outlook.. then you save the .pst file (in pop for example) which allows you to keep a backup.

Unless you find a user who had the same problem as you with an idea, the only ones who can answer you are Yahoo themselves.

Yahoo customer support is available by email.. no phone number available or it’s fake..
      Yahoo support is here:

Thank you for your response, but I'm going around in circles as soon as I'm on the support thing; there's no way to find a form to fill out to contact them. So far, all I find are pseudo-help options.

According to what I read, people who have had this problem manage to find them by searching by date...
or in the "sent items" box.

      Try right-clicking on the inbox then / search to see if you find something;

there is probably a restore option if deleted by mistake, but it won't go back for several years.

It could also be a display issue, many "webmail" interfaces are recent, try an older interface (like for older browsers)...

      Try this link.. https://mail.yahoo.com/

Look here, they all seem to have the same problem as you:
      https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20111016022448AAROdbb&page=1

But they find their emails by searching by date:

" Yes, I got this answer and it worked for me in the search box type this
      before:01/04/14
or whatever date suits you "

      Follow this:
      1. Click "All" from the left of the Search box (the search glass)
      2. Select "Advanced Search" from the very bottom
      3. Select "Custom date" from the "Date" dropdown
      4. Enter the range of dates (in the correct format. YYYY/MM/DD)
      5. Click "Search Mail"
