Hello,

what does this message mean?
and especially how can I delete it from my inbox, I've tried everything and it keeps coming back!
thank you

message below

One or more of the folders in your mailbox are named incorrectly.

MO
Microsoft Outlook

The name of one or more of your folders includes the character "/" or more than 250 characters. Folders with names that include this character can't be downloaded to your IMAP e-mail program. Please rename these folders:

moi / pch (moi / pch)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 54.0.2840.99

    Hello;

Here is what this message means
"The name of one or more of your folders includes the character "/" or more than 250 characters. Folders with names that include this character cannot be uploaded to your IMAP mail program. Please rename these folders"

I think you need to review the name of some of your folders?

    Hello....

You need to eliminate the CAUSE of the message, otherwise, it will indeed come back...logically if the error persists ;)
The message tells you that one or more folder(s) contain "/" or more than 250 characters...clearly the folder is indicated below:
    me / pch (me / pch)...rename it.
    Best regards,

Hello, I had the same problem: one of my folders in Outlook had the character "/", I fixed it by replacing the slash with a dash.

However, I'm still getting the error message...

So I created a new folder to transfer the content to and then delete my original folder that had the character "/" before I changed it to a dash..., but I'm still getting this flood of error messages :/

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you

    EDIT:
Here is the content of the email in case it helps:

Hello, I just found the problem at my place.

It is a subfolder that I created to organize my emails, which can be found in the more section, where you can see sent items, junk, drafts, etc.
      Thank you!
