Wireless controller issue

Hello hello!

I bought a Trust wireless controller yesterday (https://www.trust.com/fr/product/20491-gxt-545-wireless-gamepad and I can't use it... Let me explain: when I plug in the USB receiver, the drivers install, I can do the tests in Windows, but when I want to play, nothing happens... I find it strange because I was playing the same game with a wired controller and everything was working fine.

I hope someone can help me because I've searched quite a bit without finding a solution... I've already tested it on different USB ports on my PC but nothing changes...

    For some games, you need the Xbox 360 PC controller, for example.

        Besides installing the controller configuration software, no other solution.

        Try to find other, more recent drivers anyway.

        Go to ma-config.com to perform a scan.

        Install the agent and then launch the scan.
        You should see this window when you click on the shortcut after installing the agent:

        Click on Detect, it will analyze your PC and give you the results in your browser by selecting the Drivers tab at the top of the window.


        Just download and install them.

        Be careful because these are compressed files, so decompress them before you can install them.

      I have installed the drivers properly, but they were apparently up to date. However, the controller works for some unknown reason, and that's the main thing!
