Hello everyone!
I'm looking for website links to
download clothes and hairstyles (for men preferably)
of the punk/emo style for the Sims 2 (without mesh, I don't really understand what those mesh things are -_-") 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    nonsense! there are hundreds of sites where you can download hairstyles and other things for free and legally! don't talk when you have nothing to say!!!! sites like mod the sims 2 or glamorous lounge, holy simoly... the meshes are like patterns. you need the appropriate mesh for the object or hairstyle, but generally, they are included in the download.

      Hello, if you have a USB drive it's better than a CD and you need to have a Sims 2 folder, then after downloads you put them in there and that's it, goodbye.

      what I'm going to tell you might help you, but maybe not

      yesterday my dad and I did some research and I had the same issue

      first, you go to the folder "Ea Games"
      then you go to "Sims 2" and create the folder "Downloads"
      p.s. don't forget the capital D and the s
      when you download clothes, your documents have a zip
      so you right-click on it and extract all
      after extracting, you will see a file
      there will be documents inside, you copy them and send them to the Downloads folder
      if you want to put it on another computer, save the file on a USB drive

    Hello again,
    I went on Mod The Sims yesterday, the clothes and hairstyles are really great, but 3/4 of the things I downloaded, in the game when I go to the store to buy them, it’s a tuxedo and when I click on it, the sim becomes transparent except for the head, and it’s the same when I change appearance. It must be because I don’t have the mesh? But I have no idea where to find it... especially since I have a bit of difficulty with Mod The Sims... and I don’t know if it’s the site or my computer, but it’s very slow on the site.

    PS: I completely agree with you, alpiew, you shouldn’t talk when you have nothing to say!

    I don't believe it's a question of age, and it's good for you that you know how to correctly download your downloads, but for me, having changed operating systems from XP to Vista, I admit that with all the missing drivers, it's not that obvious.

    P.S.: Has anyone figured out how to install 'Donlowds' under Vista for The Sims 2? Thanks to all!

    I don't really have a website to recommend, but I have a little advice for you: when you're on a site like www.LianaSims2.com, go to their links; usually, there are plenty of links to download sites.

      Hi Marisia,
      I'm going to explain the download steps:
      1. Create a folder named downloads that will go in EAgames...Sims2...
      2. Then go to download sites
      3. As soon as you find something you like and want, click on Download, which is usually under the chosen item.
      4. Then a small page will appear on the screen where you will need to save your chosen item.
      5. Save your chosen item in EAgames...Sims2...Downloads
      6. Once the operation is complete, go to the Downloads folder, then right-click on the file and click on Extract here.
      And there you go, I hope I helped you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      PS: Some things you downloaded may not work because they are probably a mesh.

    Hello everyone
    I have a problem with the Body Shop Package Installer program. Before I reinstalled my Sims 2
    I used it without any issues, but now this program no longer distinguishes objects from all the skins, eyes, and Sims.
    What bothers me the most is that when I try to download a Sim, I save the folder, extract it with WinRAR, and then click on it, a window appears, and instead of saying 'installing the file', it states 'double-click directly on a content file to install it.'
    I don’t know what to do anymore; I think it’s a problem with the Body Shop Package Installer.

    Hello, I would like to know if it downloads meshes?
    Because I have installed all my downloads in the right folders, I've extracted them....
    And in my game, when the custom content window opens, I only see the inseminator among my 126 downloads.

    Hey Hey !!

    Help me, please!! I can't install anything on modthesims!

    I'm registered, I pick anything, I download it but when I try to unzip it, it tells me that there's a problem (Winrar) and that the file is corrupted!

    I’ve installed Q-Xpress, Clean Installer, nothing works, it still doesn’t work, yet on other download sites I have no problems!!!

    Thank you because imagine not being able to download anything on modthesims, it’s hell!!!!!!!

    Listen to a site that works for Sims for hairstyles, I go to pronupsims.net and for clothes I go to all-about-style.com.
    But how old are you to ask how to download stuff? I can do it at just 11 years old!

      Well this is just to tell you that not all computers work "super" well (like yours..^^) well I have a problem (not about the computer..) but in my head ^^ I don't know anything so it would be nice if you could (or someone else) help me... actually I don't know what a custom content file is .. well I hope you can respond to me ...^^
      And especially those who count that I answer their question /!\ I am NuLe yes..you will say but it's not true you already know how to do a whole bunch of things .. well that's true except that I don't need those things at the moment ... ^^

    Bonjour à tous, dites-moi, j'ai un problème. J'ai téléchargé des vêtements pour mes Sims 2, je les ai mis dans le dossier "saved sims" comme tout le monde dit et ça ne marche pas. Alors, qu'est-ce qu'il faut que je fasse, s'il vous plaît, aidez-moi parce que le pire, c'est que j'ai dû réinstaller les Sims et avant, dans "saved sims", ça marchait. Merci de vos réponses.

    You must send your downloads to this folder;
    C:\Documents and Settings\...\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads

    Note; you need to create the "Downloads" folder yourself.
