ENERGY SAVING MODE ISSUE

Hello,
I have an LG TV that works via the internet (Bouygues) but not fiber. When I turn it on, "HDMI CONNECTION IN PROGRESS" appears at the top left of the screen, followed shortly by "ECO MODE." How can I turn this off because after a while, the TV shuts down. But more importantly, which remote control should I use? The one for the TV or the one for the B.Box?
I'm afraid to touch anything in case it stops working.
Thank you for your responses.

    Good evening and welcome,
For the TV, go to the menu, then image, and there you should be able to disable this function which is often called "smart sensor", and you check stop
But maybe your TV also turns off because the automatic standby is activated, also check in the menus.
Time how long it takes to turn off, if it’s always the same, then the auto standby is indeed activated

Thank you for your reply, I will try this evening. Am I at risk of messing something up by using the TV remote? Because I only use the one that works with the internet?

Not much really since we receive it over the internet and then we are here.
