My Proline TV no longer receives any channels.

Hello,
I have a Proline TV that is 1 year old, and for a few days it has been displaying "No channels, channel search required" even though it has been working perfectly since the beginning.
I’ve done several automatic scans, but I can’t find any channels or radios. I changed my antenna cable thinking it might be due to its age, but still nothing.
I live in a university residence, so my antenna is linked to everyone else's, yet my neighbors' TVs are still working.
Do you know what could be the problem? And what should I do?
