Problem at ludicash

Hello, I have been playing Ludicash Belote for about 3 years without any problems, and now it has been over 12 days since I can no longer play. Let me explain: I open my game with great difficulty, and when it's time to play, seconds pass where I am asked to reload the game or I am timed out, and I lose all my money. I think there is a player who is blocking my game, or maybe Ludicash has blocked my game due to a player’s request, which happens a lot.
