I have been waiting for my package from Collissimo for 3 weeks and it is at the courier center 84 while I live in Belgium! What should I do? Thank you

I'm still unfortunately unable to, and since I'm from Belgium, I don't know how to contact them... I'm afraid my package will stay there!!!

It's true that it's not normal, Colissimo is usually relatively fast in general.

Have you tried sending them an email/message?

I found this. Is there any way for you to make a call from Belgium (without it costing an arm and a leg)? It seems to me that some phone plans allow this!
