Explore .gho file

I have several ghost files (12 files of 1 GB) that contain the entirety of my old hard drive's data. I no longer have Norton Ghost, but I would like to extract certain files (images, documents, etc.). How can I explore this type of file (.gho)?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

From memory, Ghost uses a proprietary format. You would therefore need to retrieve a version of Ghost.
