Ordi lent,résultat scann HijackThis

bonjour,
j'écris car depuis un moment,mon ordinateur fonctionne au ralenti,je suppose que j'ai attrapé plein de virus car je sui resté un moment sans anti-virus.J'ai donc vu sur d'autres messages qu'il fallait faire un scann avec HijackThis.Je colle donc le scan ici,si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider merci.
