Hello,
I used AdwCleaner hoping to erase the threats on my PC,
Since then I haven't been able to connect to the Internet, the Wi-Fi works, in fact, I'm using my mobile phone and the Wi-Fi to connect. I've tried to connect with the Ethernet cable but that doesn't work either...
When I go to the troubleshooting tool it tells me:
There may be a problem with the driver for the Wi-Fi card
And
There may be a problem with the driver for the Ethernet card
I can't connect to the Internet to check for updates, install drivers, or anything else
Please could you help me? I've been looking on my computer for two days.
